Steve Sherard was born and raised in Wheatland, Wyoming, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a law degree from the University of Wyoming. Over the last 42 years, Steve’s law practice emphasized real estate law, including oil and gas, water rights, wind rights, easements, title issues, and associated matters. He specializes in the sale of ranch, recreation, and farm properties. He and his wife Mona, love their community, spending time with their families and are avid University of Wyoming sports fans
